After binding registration for the course or online seminar, a cancellation must be made in writing (mail, e-mail). A binding registration exists with the confirmation of the Campus ACADEMY booking. The time of invoicing is irrelevant. In case of cancellation, the postmark of the post office is decisive for possible cancellation fees.
A 50€ handling fee will be charged for processing a cancellation, unless the cancellation cost is higher.
Cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the course is free of charge (except for the administration fee).
Between 28 and 14 days before the start of the course, cancellation will be charged 50% of the course fee.
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the course, we will charge 100% of the respective course fee for administrative expenses. If participants do not show up without a timely cancellation or do not log in to the online seminar, the full course fee will be due.
Cancellation fees do not apply if the place can be otherwise occupied at short notice, with the exception of the processing fee.
