The focus is currently on the organization and implementation of ultrasound courses and conferences, but also in the field of palliative medicine and oncology. The Campus ACADEMY currently organizes around 50-60 events a year locally and nationwide at &nbsp;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event planning and coordination<\/li>\n<li>Budget planning, control and closing<\/li>\n<li>Organization of events, sometimes combined with travel<\/li>\n<li>Contact for sponsors, prospective course participants and scientific event managers<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of the website, incl. Social Media<\/li>\n<li>Preparatory bookkeeping in coordination with tax office<\/li>\n<li>Invoicing and credit management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training in event management, preferably with several years of professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the coordination of service providers<\/li>\n<li>Sound accounting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, you are familiar with a CMS (preferably WordPress)&nbsp;and have an affinity for social media<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for the supervision of individual events and other events.
