Right of withdrawal<\/h1>\n

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

There is no right of withdrawal<\/strong> according to \u00a7355g BGB. The exclusion is based on \u00a7312g No. 9 para. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), according to which services that are time-bound are excluded.<\/p>\n

In addition, Section 355 BGB only applies to consumer law. According to Section 13 BGB, a consumer is „any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.“<\/p>\n

Cancellation, termination<\/h2>\n

After binding registration for the course or online seminar, withdrawal must be made in writing (post, e-mail). A binding registration exists with the confirmation of the Campus ACADEMY booking. The time of invoicing is irrelevant. In case of cancellation, the postmark of the post office is decisive for possible cancellation fees.<\/p>\n

A 50\u20ac handling fee will be charged for processing a cancellation, unless the cancellation cost is higher.<\/p>\n

Cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the course is free of charge (except for the administration fee).<\/p>\n

Between 28 and 14 days before the start of the course, cancellation will be charged 50% of the course fee.<\/p>\n

For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the course, we will charge 100% of the respective course fee for administrative expenses. If participants do not show up or do not register for the online seminar without canceling in good time, the full course fee will be charged.<\/p>\n
